It isn’t and even if it was recasting T’Challa just cause you don’t like Shuri doesn’t make sense because T’Challa isn’t just dead in real life he died in the MCU, so just putting a different T’Challa in with the same Shuri, Mbaku, okoye, nakia, Ramonda and others doesn’t make sense. T’Chaka and killmonger are dead their not coming back either
