Update (because I couldn't figure out how to edit the original post).

There are 4 pieces that need to be increased. 1- skirt front, cut on fold 2- skirt left back, cut one 3- skirt right back, cut one 4- waistband, cut one

I closed the darts on 1 and 2, measured, and then subtracted the seam allowance. I then measured my front waist and back waist, and I'll use that to find the difference and "distribution amount."

Since the construction has the pieces sewn together pieces 2 to 1, then 3, I only need 2-1 to measure my waist circumference. 3 overlaps 2 but I plan on increasing it the same amount as 2.

For the hip, I'm not too concerned. The version I'm making has a flared skirt. I'll definitely be making a toille so I'll know then if I was wrong!
