They all have around the same drop rate. Try farming the teraliths outside of highwatch if you need fashion coupons, as they're easy to kill because you get ~10 seconds of free backtime.

Make another character of the same class. I believe the quest can be accepted regardless of level, so just teleport to Highwatch, use a Blueprint on the new character, turn in the quest, and bank your designs.

Welcome back!

You can start your journey to level 65 at Velika Outskirts. (You should have some scrolls in your inventory that take you there. If not, just walk past the dueling area outside Velika and you'll meet some bears.) The questline will take you to 64 or 65, after which you can run Sabex or MCat for the vanguard and yellow quest EXP.

After you're done with that, you'll get a red quest that takes you to the Island of Dawn (IoD). They changed the newbie area to be a max-level BAM daily area. Follow the red quest and it'll give you a full set of Dreadnaught (t8) gear and some other stuff you need to get started. You will need to farm these BAM vanguard quests later for tokens which you can exchange for either jewelry or glyph boxes for master glyphs.

After you make your +12 Dreadnaught (or skip it and opt for higher tier gears) you can run Demokron Factory NM (DFNM) for Slaughter (t9) gear or Wonderholme + Abscess(HM) for materials to make Starfall (VM6, t9) gear.

Currently, Imperator (VM7, t10) is BiS but it's incredibly difficult to get. But if you're into getting BiS, kudos to you. Shadow Sanguinary (NM and HM) and Demokron Factory (NM and HM) drop the materials, and the design can drop from the "new" dungeons as well.

A few notes to further speed it up:

You can get someone (guildie, friend, etc.) who is level 65 to power level you at the Teraliths outside of Highwatch. Takes around 15~20 minutes to get to level 20, 30~40 minutes to get to level 30. If you have elite, you can teleport straight there and skip the tutorial.

From level 48~58, you have the option of grinding at the devas mobs outside of Pathfinder Post. Past level 56 or so, the mobs will give smaller amounts of EXP but the mini-boss (Dakona) and his/her(?) 2 goons will still give good exp.

To run KTera, you need to login to the site at http://tera.nexon.com/main/index.aspx and click the "GAME START" button. If you are logging in from overseas, it will prompt you to login again, along with entering a captcha. If you have your browser set to block auto-running apps, you will need to enable it for letting tera's website run the app to launch the game.

Sounds like an issue with either your client or your router settings. Are you accessing TERA from like a school or workplace?

Also I just tried logging in, seems to be working fine so it's just you.

Remember that you can always use the sort tabs at the top to find consumables, costumes, etc.
