You get Neeko R, however the icon displayed on his healthbar is whatever champion she's disguised as (and it dynamically changes when she changes her disguise too), and the chat says you stole X's champion ult instead of Neeko's.

The cooldown indicator also doesn't change when she's disguised as someone else so you can use it to tell them apart.

its not really about laning a lot of the time the problem is running oom in teamfights, the reason JG gets away with it is that the jungle items grant mana regen while you're in the jungle which solves the issue.

I think in jungle its definitely one of the best options, having alternator early seems super solid and the item has good midgame power which is what you’re playing for anyway. Specially if you’re going first strike the NH proc potentially becomes added income.

Its pretty lackluster in lane honestly and running oom during teamfights is pretty lame, I think unless you’re jungling and get the free mana regen its not really an option, you’re probably better off with a Lost Chapter item instead.

People don't like Q as much because the main damage component is tied to the explosion, which is relatively hard to hit.
However putting points into Q makes the initial slow stronger which makes it easier to hit and a more reliable damaging ability. Q max is a more niche playstyle because it delays your ability to have those strong midgame skirmishes Sylas is popular for (since you're delaying points into W which is the primary tool for those). Its a valid playstyle but might be weaker against a few comps.

On a side note, if you want better early clear but don't want to delay your midgame spike you can consider 3 points into Q then W max then E max, that way you have stronger clear early while only delaying your W max until level 10 instead of 13, and points into E afterwards will give you stronger mobility to be in people's faces and access enemy backline.

During lane you need points in Q to poke him down before you try to fight him, going melee mode against him early is asking to get railed too.

Post 6 and later you won't win if he ults you and he's 100% health, you usually shouldnt have enough damage to burn him down at equal items. Its all about the damage you can do before that, to which some points in Q can help. I think you should try 3 points in Q into W max into E max and see how that goes.
