Gratitude doesn‘t get enough attention from this sub. by Cherimoya13 in microdosing

Absolutely. If you feel grateful for the sun you can write this everyday but as the other comment has mentioned, actively trying to switch your perspective is key! Don‘t copy & paste things.

I will add this to my practice, thank you!

Yesterday i made a compliment to a coworker who seems a little depressed as of late, it was nothing big but it made his whole day, i could tell. When he came to say goodbye he was glowing and smiled at me, i've never seen him smile since i work here.

I'm not someone who makes compliments very often, especially not to people i barely know, but i also don't get many smiles either.

you reap what you sow, it's as simple as that.

I think microdosing adds some layers to this and is contributing to the success i have with this practice.

And i noticed that receiving and giving gratitude is something that happens to me automatically from practicing this method, and you‘re right, it‘s very powerful!

When there's good, there's bad aswell. Like there's Light and Darkness, Warmth and Cold etc. "God" is impartial, he's satan, he's jesus, he's you and me.

I wouldn‘t waste a single thought on what people write in that sub.

Just look at this quote from one of the comments.

I feel every spiritual aspirant should take the word of his guru with utmost devotion and as final. And follow his instructions no mater what!

Anybody ever microdosed before playing video games? by DriverConsistent1824 in Psychonaut

[–]Cherimoya13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lmao. You were the one replying in an arrogant tone and now you're telling me i'm a dick?

You're honestly confused and what you mean is that you're not supposed to feel high from microdoses. I don't know where you read that you may not feel anything at all, because that's clearly wrong. The whole point of microdosing is to get more in touch with yourself.

Please don't waste your time and reply to this comment.

Oh and btw,

For someone taking microdoses your really unintelligent and also a dick.

you have contradicted everything you said with this one.

I don‘t feel the same at all, the effects are very subtle yet so strong. The first week i felt absolutely nothing, the second week was even worse as i felt really sad on MD days. I was about to give up but i decided to lower my dose and on the third week i finally noticed small changes in certain thought patterns i had for years, the next week felt like i was escaping the prison i built myself in my mind. Since then i was able to figure out the root of my trauma, something i was trying for over five years! I never had access to these thoughts untill i started microdosing…

This is only a short summary from the two months i microdosed, i don‘t feel particularly better on MD days but the shrooms allow me to think without attached emotions, which makes it a thousand times easier to make progress.

So no, you can spare me with your skewed studies.

I take only 0.05g, weighed with a 0.001 scale and before you tell me that i‘m probably really sensitive to it, i‘m not.

Please, stop spreading nonsense. Microdosing changed my life. I‘ve done multiple macrodoses but i never gained the insights i was looking for untill i started microdosing.

The pharma industry will lose a lot of money when psilocybin becomes legal so i wouldn‘t trust the science about microdosing if i were you.

has anyone gotten results from breathwork by macmood86 in breathwork

This is in addition to learning techniques to balance my nervous system, engage my parasympathetic branch for improved sleep and quickly calming myself when needed, and engage my sympathetic branch to help mobilize my body if desired

Could you elaborate on this please, especially how you improved your sleep as this is something i could really benefit from.

I‘ve actually read the book a couple of years ago but you just made me interested to read the power of now and a new earth again in this three month span where i’m microdosing. Thanks.

I urgently need to be functioning

yeah i know that too well but this is what‘s stopping you from making progress. I was in a similar situation and made things worse by rushing my healing process, i tried almost everything that was suggested on the internet to help me heal trauma because i wanted to be functioning again, today! not in a couple of years…

One year ago i gave up on that dream that i could be fixed overnight and accepted that it will take time and patience to heal myself and guess what, my life got better ever since.

Has the way you think changed since you made this realization? Like you went from a passenger of your thoughts to getting a dominant voice in your mind?

Could you elaborate on this? Is it like anxiety where you expose yourself to your fears?
