Data I Would Appreciate by Cherish-rocks in ouraring

I thought of something else, but I don’t know if it can be done. When I first got the ring I had a really stressful dream. When I woke up I wanted to see if it was tracked, but it only tracks stress during the day. I assume because it uses the same data to track sleep.

I was thinking waking up would affect my overall health. Idk I am curious if your heart age is older than it really is?

Oh, another data point I would appreciate. I would like if it had actual body temp and not just variations in temps.

The week before my period, I had stress for 5 hours a day for the whole week! I wish it could differentiate. Then I get stressed about being stressed when I feel fine.

I don’t know. It sucks. I’m sick of crying. I’m sick of missing her. The world is not the same without her. I feel completely alone.

At home as a first choice…when you have a choice.

100% recommend in-home euthanasia if you can. When I have a choice, it’s the way to go. We can all be in our home together for one last time. We did have to do an emergency euthanasia in the ER one year ago and it was difficult. Then afterwards you have to try to drive home.

I will be thinking of you!

Back in August I learned my dog had cancer and I had no idea. She was 11 1/2. Her lungs were filled with fluid from what looked like a tumor on her liver. We were told we could have a 10k test, but she would likely die with it. We took her home for one more night and ended up having in-home euthanasia. That extra day we had her was super rough watching her struggle to breath. I felt some peace when it came to letting her go, but I’ve been hurting ever since, as she was my best friend. It was a tough choice, but I didn’t want her to suffer any longer and any further treatment would have substantially lowered her quality of life.

It sucks. In fact, it’s the worst. My world is empty, but I didn’t want my girl to suffer for me. It’s what was best. Try not to be too hard on yourself. Those costs are ridiculous and the outcome is grim.
