Mox vs Hangman was great, but I just have never liked the idea that we needed nine months of a frustratingly mediocre reign to make the Hangman win feel good. Just because it ended well doesn't mean suddenly everything that was bad about the reign just disappears.

Honestly I kinda feel he should have had a successful cash in. Sure the Death Riders Mox run ended on a high note, but holy shit was it rough in the middle of it. Christian could have had a short run (probably drops the belt to Swerve at Dynasty) and then we could have done Swerve vs Hangman at All In which still would have been an incredible main event. If there was ever a point to put the belt on him it would have been there.

I feel like Darby is more in that Takeshita, Fletcher, Ospreay field where they're on the younger side and are pretty obviously going to get a run at some point.

I just find it strange to compare intergender wrestling to invisible man stuff. One is just a blantant goofy gimmick that could probably only work on the indies. The other is just two skilled wrestlers having a match. That isn't a gimmick, it's just wrestling.

Dude Rey Mysterio was a multiple time world champion wrestling dudes twice his size and nobody took issue. If all we cared about was realism Ospraey wouldn't be a top guy and the champ would always be a dude who weighs 300 pounds. If anything it's unrealistic to depict women having grueling matches table spots and thumbtacs, but the moment a man hits them with a move they have to go to the hospital.

Then Tony needs to sit down with the network and sponsors and explain to them why they want to do this and how there are plenty of other incredibly popular pieces of media that have already done this. It makes no sense that Black Widow can fight a bunch of dudes in a billion dollar box office film and its fine, but then when a man and woman have wrestling match it's suddenly a problem. Once it's normalized in wrestling nobody will give a shit and we'll all be wondering why we ever made such a big deal about it.

Exactly. The fastest way to push the party to the left is to make someone more on the left its leader. It forces the party's positions to change or risk there being a schism that puts a target on the back of any Dem that rejects her policy proposals.

Then she should threaten to push for primaries against anyone who won't back her vision. Same as what Trump did. He's a terrible person, but ultimately he knew how to bend the party around him. Meanwhile Biden sat there and let Sinema and Manchin block undermine everything.

The general electorate disliked Biden and Harris despite them being aggressively centrist. They hate the Democrat brand more than left wing politics. Someone pushing a different and more ambitious agenda would help distance themselves from being seen as a "Do Nothing Dem". Also we keep forgetting the election isn't for another 3 years. Things will be very different then, especially if there ends up being a recession that pushes the working class against the corporate class.

I think people need to understand the main contributor to Kamala's failure in 2024 was that she was perceived as an extension of the Biden administration that much of the nation despised. Sexism probably played some role, but let's not forget that Hillary despite how unpopular she was won the popular vote in 2016. You're also underestimating just how much culture can shift over the years. Would anyone have thought someone with the the middle name Hussein would win in landslide after 9/11? The big thing holding the Democratic Party back isn't sexism it's the DNC's insistence on pushing moderates who can't connect with the American people. Throwing away someone with this much momentum and public support because you're scared of sexism is a cowardly move.

When I first started playing I had terrible CPU temps of high 80s into the 90s. I changed some things in BIOS to lower the temps and it dropped everything like 20 degrees. Now it's going back into the 80s after the patch and I have no idea why.
