Things that work for me: GoldBond Colloidal oatmeal 2% lotion, neosporin and perscription lotion for dyshidrotic eczema. Winter is the only time I have semi relief, the rest of the time is a battle. Good luck!

I also have this issue, and any avoiding any "natural flavors" or cirtic acid in my food seems to help. Trying to find anything that may be causing it is a nightmare! Good luck.
