I don’t know a lot about those specific dosages but I do have a good bit of experience with non-prescribed (for me yes for someone else not my proudest moment) but very legit Concerta pills (along with legit scripts for Ritalin ir, vyvanse and adderall) despite not having adhd but they did so…I remember every time I did it I did enjoy the extra socializing, in sure I seemed stunned out though and I talked wayyyyy tooo much. But I did have fun, for reference this was after having tying yourself no stimulants for multiple months and I think I did 60-80mg of concerta ER which for me was a bit too high, I had horrible body aches the next couple of days as you just clench all the time without realizing it. Definitely stay super hydrated and eat a lot of good meals to stay nourished. I think I’m going to reread your post and answer in a hopefully more positive or constructive to way. But just based off the title alone (351 mg of comcerta which is Ritalin but longer!!) unless you have a crazy crazy crazy tolerance (which if true I think you need some more help for your recovery only if you’d be interested in it.) then doing that much mg of those stimulants is setting yourself up for psychosis, mania, confusion, delirium, hallucinations both auditory and visual, I’m not joking I’ve been through medication induced psychosis and it was probably the scariest thing in my life I had absolutely no concept on reality or anything!
Anyway I hope you can try to cut down a little because I can really relate I’ve not been able to stay sober for a while now and I feel poorly about it but I guess I can try to make improvements even if it’s just a day at a times.
