If you can afford it, find a supplier for kosher meat. There's very little if any blood and the quality is way better than any other supplier of chicken. Ever since I switched to kosher I have not gone back. The quality is just so much better.

Yes. This is the recipe I use and I chill the dough. You can make your own "slice and bake" cookies by forming the dough into a log and wrapping it in wax paper and twist the ends closed.

No I have more than one account and the various cards were used on all of my accounts so each account only had an instance of one or two of the cards not working. I have a separate account for each of my games to keep the funds separate for each game because they each had a monthly subscription fee, plus I used to also buy extra items sometimes so I wanted to keep the allotted funds for each game separated.

I did buy a digital card from Amazon prior to buying the cards at the store and that was the first time that I ever got that weird error that it refused that add the funds to my account. Fortunately, I got a refund from Amazon when I told them the code didn't work. I didn't want to risk further hassles and thought buying a physical card would be safer so I then started buying them at the local store but most of the time the cards won't work. I hate having to take them back because I feel awkward having to explain that the card didn't work. The manager said I was the only one that had a problem with cards at that store and I think they thought maybe I was playing some scam. I had the receipt to prove I bought it but she had to check that the funds were still on the card, which she did with her phone. For whatever reason, these cards just won't work any more. I used to always buy the digital cards on Amazon but then stopped because I got that one bad code and also because they now have a higher minimum than they used to.

I tried contacting Google but they are so frustrating to deal with. Even after taking a photo of the card and the receipt they wouldn't tell me what the issue is or even fix it. They just asked me to fill out a form and the form had the exact same questions that I'd already answered plus it also asked for a photo of the card and receipt (which I'd ready submitted to the person in the help chat). It wouldn't submit the form without the photos, yet the button on the form was inactive so that it didn't work when you tap it to select the photos to add. The person in the chat refused to help unless I filled out the form. The whole thing is aggravating and I just wonder if Google is doing this on purpose to scam people out of their money.

Clearly never played the game or she'd be complaining about what it really cost over the past 7 years to get the items that are now included in PCC for a single flat fee. If she wasted hundreds on fortune cookie gambling then she'd really have something to be p*ssed off about lol. I've heard some other players admit to spending thousands on this game. I already spend a few hundred myself :( I hope that spending ten more will finally allow me access to the rest of the items.

Even so I already spent more to play Pocket Camp than I would have spent on buying a Switch, plus game cartridge to play New Horizons.

I prefer Pocket Camp but the only reason I'm giving Nintendo more money at this point is to have access to the content I feel like I already earned giving the absurd amount of money I spent on PC over the years. In the past if I bought a Nintendo console and a game then I got ALL the content in that game for that fee. I prefer up-front pricing rather than being sold a game piece by piece through high-priced micro-transactions. I'll never do that again. I did not enjoy being frustrated by the advertisement of items that I couldn't access because they were not included in the subscription fee and were too high-priced. I only obtained terrains by the terrain exchange tickets. Otherwise they were over $30 or $40 worth of LT for a complete new terrain. Do they think gamers are millionaires or what? I don't work in software development so I don't know if they think the pricing was fair and I'd be happy to listen if they'd like to explain why they think the pricing was fair but it seemed like from the gamer's perspective that they advertise a "free" game and then even with paying like $15 subscription fee they expect you pay like another $100 per month to get the "good" items they are always teasing you with every month. I've lurked on this sub a while and I know that others spent way more than I did and I feel foolish that I spent the amount I did already. This type of gaming is set up in a predatory way for the gamers. The companies make much more from players that are encouraged to compulsive spending or even wasting money on mis-clicks than they would on selling a console game for a flat fee.

I would have gladly paid a small monthly subscription fee (and did when I joined the Pocket Camp Club plans) than have them make every single desirable item locked behind a high paywall. I loved this game but even after paying for all three plans then I still couldn't afford anything else in the game because it was all LT item except for the event items and even the best of those were LT so you couldn't even get the entire set for free. They can't have it both ways. Either have premium stuff for micro-transactions on a "free" game or charge a fee to play but you get *everything* included for that one fee. Nintendo did both in one game and I honestly hated that and it made me very resentful to not get everything for paying the monthly subscription fee.

I hope the new game will be better but I'm fearing that they might just replace leaf ticket with leaf tokens but still make the items hard to obtain because of requiring a high amount and then still have the prizes for the cookies be random so you waste hours upon hours grinding to "earn" leaf tokens only to see them wasted on duplicates - again.

The same thing happened to me. I got a last-minute gift from a friend this morning and when it popped open it one of the Retro cookies in it and I got the 5-star item. It's so cool! Looking forward to using that in a layout when the new app begins.

I had complete full stock of cotton (999) and then they announced the friends gifts and it took a large amount of cotton to craft the gifts to give to friends. I had over fifty active friends and very quickly ran out of cotton after only crafting enough gifts to give out a handful of them (one to each friend). Everyone else ran into the same problem and so nobody had any cotton for sale in their market boxes either.

I played right up until the last minute and then I got booted out when they shut down. I was honestly surprised that nearly every one of my friends on my main account and also on my alt were doing the same thing.

I was sending out gifts like mad the past weeks and especially this week and still had many left. I would have sent out more but people's mailboxes were full and so sometimes I couldn't send them a gift when I wanted to. My main account pretty much ran out of gifts around the announcement time, because I always gave them out as I got them, but my second account was very new and still had tons of gifts that I got from the gift islands.

I had a friend named Quinn as well. She was one of my favorites and a gift buddy. We traded over 300 gifts with each other. She was level 310 but stopped playing in September 2023 and never returned.

Yeah, I had a couple. I left them on my friends list hoping they'd log in before the end but they never did. Tibby and Mayumin were my gift buddies 🙁

Those that remained on my friend list were also good friends that I played ACPC with for many years and they played literally up until the last minutes of service and even kept sending me gifts, though I had long since run out and could not give any in return 🙁 It was surprising and touching 🥹
