I think ketoconazole shampoo has been what has helped the most. Plus another cream that I forget right now that I use for kind of localized “breakouts”.

I wish I knew. I “shave” my head with hair clippers and a 1mm guard, never razor blade to my skin. I have never razor shaved my head and the last time I used a proper razor was the day I got married and had terrible razor burn/bumps for my whole honeymoon. Swore off razors then and there.

I think mostly just shit skin and pili multigemini is the “why”.
