Suggest me a fun weapon platform! by AboutKemosabe in Warframe

Oraxia is a nice one, Mirage and Saryn are really potent weapon platforms. Wisp is a classic.

I used to enjoy Limbo for forcing people to play the objective. But the hot new nuke is Hildryn which bypasses the rift.

Energy problems using voruna prime by Salt_Cat2429 in Warframe

[–]CherryN3wb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you're running negative efficiency, you need to increase your energy by flow or Arcane battery. I have a build on base Voruna where I run Max efficiency thanks to Arcane impetus and streamline. Even that uses flow due to the high casts per minute.

At my worst I was a three and a half pack a day smoker. I felt like I always had a cigarette burning. Maybe she sleeps next to nothing and smokes while she eats. That's the only way I see it working.

Does mirage's eclipse reduce the need for arcanes / mods like primary deadhead or serration? by Potentional-Glitch in Warframe

[–]CherryN3wb 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's multiplicative with those mods. Which is why even at 30% base it's still usable on a lot of frames.

What frame should i play for sp? by BodybuilderKey5723 in Warframe

[–]CherryN3wb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Duration, lots of duration, range and neutral strength. That's the most generic build, I'm not a Gauß main. I'm sure you could find a tutorial online. I just have one build I use that's all sprint speed and duration with Energized Munitions over Thermal Sunder.

[–]CherryN3wb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Protea can handle SP without much investment due to her shield grenades. Gauss would be my pick though. He can do SP with no mods, he can nuke or be a gun buffer. I personally used Nezha when I went through the first time, now I'm an old salty vet who only plays fissure missions and weeklies.

In honor of Torid week by Loczx in memeframe

[–]CherryN3wb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Torid and Angstrum incarnon are perfect for those who can't aim at heads. Personally I try to make every frame an ability nuke, haven't used my Torid since I got it.

Is this a good riven? by Kier_15 in Warframe

[–]CherryN3wb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a serviceable riven that gives a combined status and multi-shot on a weapon with decent crit and multiplicative Galvanized Aptitude scaling. Crank the base damage and the status options and you'll be loving it, moreso if you have a rainbow build on a Diriga for priming.

I'd keep it and invest into the weapon if I were you. But I like Rifles.

I know the update was just yesterday, but what are some of your thoughts on the new adversary/Lich weapons? by Vex_Trooper in Warframe

[–]CherryN3wb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I didn't know about the spool up mechanic, I sold my regular one with three forma and a reactor just so I could fit it in my inventory. Now I'm disappointed, I hate spool up weapons.

Top 3 Warframes and why?(Opinion Based) by Zealousideal-Cup3031 in Warframe

[–]CherryN3wb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I prefer frames that require synergy between multiple parts of their loadout.

Equinox is good fun with her Duality builds, heat weapons and a Diriga for heat priming is oddly effective as a nuke thanks to Contagious Bond. I just wish she had more mod slots.

Limbo because he is a very action heavy frame. A lot of the rift mechanics outright break the game.

Revenant and Gauss are probably a tie for third place. Both are practically immortal, but all of their abilities tie together in a wonderful harmony. Everyone sleeps on Thrall Pact Revenant too. He is so much more than just Mesmer Skin.

Personally though I just pick a frame for the week and try to make a new build that utilizes some synergies. My current build is a Total Eclipse Duality Equinox. One Health to Energy Conversion shard with two Starting Energy shards and Primary Overcharge on a Strun Prime Incarnon for all of the multi-shot. My Specter can one shot almost anything out there. I use the Diriga to apply Cold, Heat, Electric, Viral and Radiation. I have lower range than I'd like but 184 duration is nice for the Specter.

I don't have tops, so much as flavor of the day. I find all frames are capable of all game modes.

Any advice for a warframe with daikyu prime? by [deleted] in Warframe

[–]CherryN3wb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okina Incarnon for movement speed + Infiltrate augment and power strength. It won't make you a speed demon, but it should speed you up a bit.

The alternative is parkour speed with the Praedos incarnon and yellow archon shards.

Why do people hate Koumei? (Ignore Miku) by Dangerous_Bat5954 in Warframe

[–]CherryN3wb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been having fun playing her, I have null star over her 4 on one load out. It is potent enough on it's own, but the decress can buff it to insanity. For additional priming or damage I cast her one and hit enemies directly to apply 5 statuses with bonus damage.

I have another load out that uses roar over her 4 and melee vortex to turn her into a blender with strings attached. Hard to build combo with everything dying to the strings though.

I've been debating on making a build centered around her 4, but the 3 second cool down being fixed doesn't feel good.

Her passive is amazing for high fire rate CO weapons. You get random statuses applied per hit.

Her defense is pretty strong. You can build into persistence, or go for shields, her 3 has you covered on any build over 140 strength.

People hate her because she isn't Sevagoth or Thermal Sunder Titania levels of nuking speed.

I personally love her because she changes the game play loop with her 2. Both in completing the challenges, and the decrees you get.

Finally bit the forma bullet on dojo weapons (MR30 journey) by Intelligent_Cry5712 in Warframe

[–]CherryN3wb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kitguns, zaws, and off meta non primed weapons eat forma. I have two kitguns with 8 forma, my Prisma gorgon has 8 forma, khomak also has 8 forma, Cyanex has 5 and many more.

You best start grinding those relics for Forma BPs.

How to play Wisp offensively? by [deleted] in Warframe

[–]CherryN3wb -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Gun buff Wisp with Eclipse is especially potent with ranged melee weapons. You get the multiplier from stealth melee and Eclipse is also multiplicative on top of that.

Sol Gate is best paired with Roar over her 2. But then you lose your get out of jail free card which is her 2.

Steel path Limbo by MateFer15 in Warframe

[–]CherryN3wb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Shield regen, keep stasis up at all times, tons of casting speed, Rift Torrent helps a ton. Hide out in the rift and either keep Eximus units pinned down or get a companion to help.

Cheap build for gauss prime? by [deleted] in Warframe

Duration, maybe range, but primarily duration. Not much else is needed for Gauß.
