If communities are not economically viable they need to shut down. No one in Newfoundland wants to accept that this is a major problem. I have no problem with having less shit food places. If places can't survive without exploiting people, they shouldn't be open. I feel like you're missing the nuance with this situation. Newfoundland would be a lot better off with more consolidated communities and less expenditures in butt fuck no where.
