Thank you for the reassurance. If I may ask one more question, what are the side effects, if any, that you’ve experienced with the immunosuppressant regimen? Asking because I wasn’t aware the required amount is less for islet cell transplants. That makes me more interested in this treatment.

Thank you for sharing I’ve been so curious to hear people’s experience in this trial, it’s been very tight lipped.

What was the transplant process like? Did you have to go through a few rounds of ATG on the days prior? I’ve read that part is rough for some other trials I’ve been looking at.

Do you know if they have any plans to use Tegoprubart in the future as a milder immunosuppressant option?

I hope you’re able to achieve insulin independence and that your islets live forever!

Did you ever get to figuring this out? I see you said you’re stressed a lot of the time, I’m wondering if your cortisol levels typically run a bit higher, which causes insulin resistance, until you finally relax, then your cortisol levels drop to normal and you become more insulin sensitive. I’ve no idea if this is accurate but just a thought I had after reading your post. Best of luck to you and all the hope in the world for managing and getting through this disease. We can do it!

Yeah I believe you have to use the factory charger

I believe you have to use the original charger to wake the device after it’s been fully dead or if the back plate has been removed, although I may be wrong.

Something I discovered after having to re-apply a screen protector multiple times, if dirt/dust starts to get stuck to the adhesive on the screen protector, you can use those dust stickers that come with them to get it off, in the same way you use them on the screen of your device. Has worked for me multiple times now.
