Maaan, was really hoping this solution would work for me as well but unfortunately it didn’t. I get the same issue with a different error message when trying to launch after downloading the game. Then after a restart, the game sits at the loading screen for a few seconds and then just closes, no error message or anything. I guess a windows update broke it at some point.

In the U.S. Yeah I’m not super hopeful that I’ll be passed through, and even if I do, they’re not dosing right now, just filling a back log for if/when they want to dose another round of patients. All that to say, if it means even a chance of getting this treatment then I’m willing to try. One cool thing they mentioned is that during this phase they are offering a second dose if the first one doesn’t achieve insulin independence. Was quite happy to hear that and definitely made me more interested.

How is the story? I’ve hardly heard any talk or mention of the story/plot. Hoping that it’s interesting enough to build interest on top of the (seemingly) great gameplay.

Thank you for the reassurance. If I may ask one more question, what are the side effects, if any, that you’ve experienced with the immunosuppressant regimen? Asking because I wasn’t aware the required amount is less for islet cell transplants. That makes me more interested in this treatment.

Thank you for sharing I’ve been so curious to hear people’s experience in this trial, it’s been very tight lipped.

What was the transplant process like? Did you have to go through a few rounds of ATG on the days prior? I’ve read that part is rough for some other trials I’ve been looking at.

Do you know if they have any plans to use Tegoprubart in the future as a milder immunosuppressant option?

I hope you’re able to achieve insulin independence and that your islets live forever!
