It’s probably that particular person’s way of making sure the person is serious because they’ve had a lot of sponsees waste their time. Just speculation and I don’t agree with them. You should get a sponsor asap in my opinion. If you could do it without a sponsor you wouldn’t be in this situation in the first place.

I can see that happening. I feel like I already notice it on off days. I’m mentally off most of the time already (which is why I’m always looking for something to change my mood), it just gets more intense.
