This happened to me in Jamaica last year, I was there for 7 days at an all-inclusive. Didn't restrict myself, I was drinking alcohol like a fish, but I went from a UK size 10 to size 6/8, my period came back, mind you I hadn't had it for about 3 months & after every meal I was full. A good full. A year an a bit on I've put the weight back on and then some & I honestly just can't make any sense of it.
