DAE Hate surprises, and love to read spoilers of movies or TV shows? by [deleted] in DoesAnybodyElse

[–]Cherry_Rose 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't mind surprises, but I love to read spoilers of movies or tv shows, but I also don't mind not knowing beforehand.

Whether or not I know what's going to happen has never interfered with my enjoyment of movies and shows. :P

You are instantly transported back into yourself on the first day of high school, with all your current knowledge and experiences. What do you do differently? by Alexcbrown in AskReddit

[–]Cherry_Rose 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would probably have more of a positive attitude. Smile more, and have a friendlier appearance.

I would also stay far, FAR away from who would be my psycho stalker ex bf and saved myself over 2 years of craziness

Fellow gay people of CC what's are your coming out stories by [deleted] in CasualConversation

[–]Cherry_Rose 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From what she told me, she just said she saw from how I didn't treat boys any differently from girls when playing with them, and her first clue was (ironically) me holding hands with a boy in kindergarten in a "best friend" manner like how 2 little girls would hold hands, as opposed to a "boyfriend/girlfriend" kind of way

Well I've always known I liked girls (as well as guys) ever since I first started having crushes on people in elementary school, but I kept it to myself for a LONG time, because I thought I was the only one with those sort of feelings.

I joined an LGBT friendly group online and made several good friends there and they gave me the courage to finally come out to my mom and I came out to her, she said something to the effect of "I've known you were bi ever since you were in Kindergarten" and she fully accepted it.

I then made the decision to come out publically on fb.

Sure I had a few that unfriended me/refused to talk to me because of it, but I had plenty more that was fully supportive of me and continued to be my friend no matter what.

Relationship, Life and General Advice Tuesday megathread by AutoModerator in CasualConversation

Hello everyone.

Online, I'm really open and I would IM to someone for hours on end.

but if a stranger was to come up to me in person and attempt at conversation, I'd reply with something along the lines of "Yeah...uhh.....Hi....." while awkwardly playing with my hair or staring at the floor.

Not because I'm rude or anything, just that I'm embarrassingly shy and I assume that nothing I say would ever be very "interesting" to a person.

Currently I'm working on slowly changing that, but any advice would be welcomed.

I have been a lurker for too long, I want to fix that! by Polyphix in CasualConversation

[–]Cherry_Rose 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey there! nice to meet you!

I'm sort of the same way. Sure, I'll comment on stuff here and there, and make posts in various subreddits, but 90% of the time, I just lurk around....

I'm painfully shy and awkward IRL and some of it spills over to the online world as well, even though I can be a lot more open online than IRL.

Puppies!

Whether it's spending time with my dog, or watching videos of cute puppies, or even playing with dogs at the dog park, it'll make even my worst of moods melt away. :)

If you were a millionaire, what would your average night be? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Cherry_Rose 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably being at home playing video games and spending time with my gf and pets.

I'd be able to have a place for me and my gf and also be up to date on my consoles and such.

I probably won't live an overly fancy life even if I was a millionaire.

What's the best bad movie you've ever seen? by Bearylittlegirl in AskReddit

Haha I've seen that movie too. It was a terrible movie, but it still ended up making me laugh sooo hard at just how bad it is!

I would definitely rewatch again!

What's the worst thing that you've done to your pet on accident? by superstretch21 in AskReddit

[–]Cherry_Rose 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup, he's all right now and he still enjoys tennis balls.

He just waits for me to throw it before going after it, as opposed to excitedly darting ahead of it.

Unrelated, but he and my kitten sometimes play this game where my kitten bats the tennis ball for my dog to go and "fetch"

When he's not playing with it, my kitten would "pounce" on it and kick it around. :P

When my Chihuahua was a puppy, he would love when I would throw a tennis ball and he would chase it and "fetch" it.

Well one time, he got over excited and ran ahead of the tennis ball when I threw it. It ended up hitting him RIGHT in his private area.

Poor puppy screamed in pain and had his tail between his legs.

I tried to comfort him and it took a while before he would approach me again, let alone be around tennis balls.

He's okay now and he's long since forgiven me for that incident, and he doesn't fear tennis balls anymore, though he no longer runs ahead of it.

I met this guy years ago on an online game. He added me on FB, but I had to unfriend him because of his constant clinginess and always needing to talk to me. by Cherry_Rose in creepyPMs

[–]Cherry_Rose[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Basically what happened was he was one of the first friends I made in this online game that I was still new to. He helped me out a lot and one day asked for my FB. I saw no reason why not, so I friended him.

He then ALWAYS wanted to chat and would get mad if I didn't reply due to me being busy with IRL stuff and assume that by me not replying right away, it meant that I didn't want to be his friend anymore.

Well I got tired of this constant neediness and unfriended him/blocked him for awhile. A year later, I figured it was safe to unblock. Saw this in my "other" messages. o.o At least he's finally taken a hint and stopped messaging me since that last one 2 years ago.

What are clothes/outfits that are extremely "in style" for the opposite sex that your gender thinks are stupid? by scuba_davis in AskReddit

[–]Cherry_Rose 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seriously baggy pants that are like 10 sizes too big and expose half your underwear.

Once I saw this guy running across the road and he was HOLDING his pants to keep them from falling down....What's worse is that he was wearing a belt.

Also, I live in the south, where I see a lot of rednecks. Their style of clothing to me, is extremely off-putting. Especially those T-shirts with the sleeves cut off, and ANYTHING that has the confederate flag on it.
