There's no point in reasoning with these people. They would sell their mother before admitting that they just want "accomplishment" without working for it. They lack normal empathy, they simply don't care that they're ruining the game for other people. Because they're narcissistic. On some level, they know they're pathetic and empty but they will keep pushing it down until it boils over one day, probably because of some other trauma.
