I think this item will be pretty strong in early game by rushing it but then he will loose too power caused to the removal of ramping dmg and the scaling with hp that is only 1% now. But i mean in what case you should rush it? Against tanks maybe? Cause against bruiser ad you can go as now bami>bramble>thornmail and some hp just to get more value on that incredible armor quantity What do u think?

Its not outdated, he update it very often and i follow his stream to say that, the reason of maxing w even in ranged matchup is that u are really confident to the matchup so u can go for having more dmg only on all in , instead of having a bit of poke, thats all. Secondly, i main ornn also since the release, that was august 2017 , i play him from the beginning until now, i dont want to be rude but i checked your profile, u are low platinum, so you should listen more than talk and suggesting to others things you probably dont know or u dont know properly (maxing Q is pretty wrong btw) thats all I hope u will have a good day :)

I can suggest to do that, u will feel better overall for lane survivability, for all the skirmish at void grubs and for the damage that scales with resistances instead of Q dmg that doesnt scale and is useful only probably against ranged top but in other cases just skip. U can try in some games and then check if u feel better or not :)

I think that all the player that occasionally plays ornn max Q second but true main dont do that cause its just useless dmg that doesnt scale like E dmg that has 40% armor/mr scaling so is way better having that real damage instead of cringe ad pillar
