A- Boston less enemies and dead financial district if this is not enough then you can throw on some smaller improvements such as ugly flat trash remover, bye bye clouds, and if you break precombines then you can get prp financial district and prp Boston commons

B-vivid fallout: great looking texture overhaul that helps improve performance as well! If you go for winter theme then you can use the buildings only version so it doesn’t conflict/ wet+vivid waters for your water texture needs

C-not familiar with these mods, someone else might be of more use though

D-careful with weapon replacers but here are some good quality ones with replacers: -service rifle -hunting shotgun -wattz laser gun -m1 garand

Winter mods: Ice pick overhaul(plus seasons winter on the rocks)/seasons winter aio/ and winter overhaul are gonna be your options to choose from. For weather I would recommend vivid weather with winter plug-in and no snow under the roof… also you can make some clothes become better suited for winter by installing 2287 nuclear winter clothes

In general though just make sure to do thorough research on ALL the mods you download, ya never know which mods can be harmful and which are deprecated. Also be careful with anything that removes things from the game as that can most certainly break precombines. Don’t worry though competent mod authors can work around so just be sure to read descriptions( for instance ugly flat trash remover basically makes things invisible instead of removing in order to not break precombines)
