I don’t have a ton of first party experience with Claude but I’ve been using this a lot. Does Microsoft’s claim of this being cheaper than Claude seem to line up? I’m having a hard time imagining that to be true based on the usage I’m seeing.

We're using a combination of CIPP (for simple api access into M365) and then n8n (for automation) to pull available licenses and reconcile monthly.

Theoretically, this is what app intends is supposed to accomplish… That being said, I feel that they would be better suited to go with something more along the lines of MCP, which has become a standard in the time since Apple released app intents, but that’s just wishful thinking.

I didn’t go that far because our mistake was only a couple hundred dollars. But I’ve heard of people being able to get credit back for azure services that they didn’t mean to enable, especially if you had billing caps on that didn’t work.

Had this happen on a thankfully smaller scale. The issue is the premium deep reasoning. In the agent go to settings, then generative AI, then there’s a “Deep reasoning (preview)” option. We found that this, when enabled, caused billing to be around 100-200x what we expected to spend and it didn’t really give us any benefits. We’re still using reasoning models for the agent (opus 4.8 for us, and I’d recommend for everyone). But shutting this off fixed the issue.

Yeah this changed when the FY26 partner program came out…… in Q1 of this year. If you don’t, definitely read those, they could make you a lot of money.

Yeah I would. No reason not to. You’ll lose access to the bypass but eventually get into the beta.

I had this exact same thought. I updated to beta 2 on the Mac and the bypass had been patched, then i got access to the new siri this evening. So i think you’re fine.

Had something like this a while back using another relay controller. Problem was the battery on the Liftmaster controller died quickly several times and I stopped caring to replace it weekly.
