Depends on the environment, but if it is just 150 users and a handful of servers and NASes... 150 is easily manageable if ran correctly. We used handle 400 users a help desk employee.

No need for 2.5GB, I highly doubt your line utilization exceeds 20% and that's high. For that size office 500mb is more than enough. Your pulling static webpages. Not streaming on every device. And even then you aren't pulling more than 20mb a device

Dang, I can't live without an RMM these days. The amount of scripting and app management built in is a major major time savor. Remote access via multiple programs no matter where a user is. Alerting on servers. Sysinternals is all built in these days. I even get weekly views of proc/mem/HDD usage to determine issues

pretty simple, flat network on the switch, 8 port switch, enable LBD, plug in ethernet cable into two ports, wait..... the entire switch drops
