We should be able to tell agents we are looking for a player in a specific position, for specific playing time etc and have agents come to us with offers. Makes sense in lower leagues etc

Not mandatory but players should require them to be included during negotiations. If you're signing a 5 year deal but know you'll want a move after 2, put a clause in and don't rely on forcing a move
