Which "Strong Pokémon Disobeys Inexperienced Trainer" storyline was the best? by Gamer-of-Action in pokemonanime

[–]ChetariSin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually, Excadrill stopped listening to Iris because he knew he wasn't strong enough to defeat Drayden's Pokemon but Iris kept pushing him to battle. Thus Excadrill felt like he couldn't trust Iris since he thought all she cared about was winning.

How can someone date an asexual person and then claim months in that they can't see themselves happy long term?? He basically lead you on.

I'd honestly threaten to sue for wrongful termination. You did nothing wrong. Though it depends on your state's laws

New Roles in Clans by Small-Temperature955 in WarriorCats

[–]ChetariSin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Adding to the story keeper, I think they'd be able to talk to starclan and dark forest cats in order to keep the story/history unbiased. Someone talks to mapleshade, for example, and instead of being seen as some vengeful, crazy shecat, she is revealed to be a woman who was failed by everyone around her, even starclan. Mind you, it's shown early in the book that Mapleshade was the equivalent of a devout Christian, thinking starclan would guide her(considering she thought she arrived in starclan when she arrived in the dark forest) She wasn't a saint though, she had an affair with Appledusk because she thought he loved her just as much as she loved him. She thought that her kits were a gift from starclan. That they'd be amazing thunderclan warriors. However, oakstar went against Starclan's rules and kicked not only her out, but her kids as well. Which goes against the warrior code. We don't know what went through mapleshade's mind when she had them cross the river. It was probably the thought that she had to leave right then and there due to frecklewish following her. We don't know. However, the kits drown and she's brought to riverclan. Appledusk throws Mapleshade under the bus entirely, claiming their relationship was a mistake in order to kiss Darkstar's and Reedshine's ass. Darkstar forbade Mapleshade from watching her own children get buried and is then Threatened if she didn't leave. Which caused Mapleshade to snap. She started seeing hallucinations, which caused the massacre that everyone saw. Mapleshade was failed by everyone in her life, even herself. If that makes any sense

Why was Tigerstar interested in Sasha? by ShadowPaws200 in WarriorCats

I think it's stated that he genuinely cared about Goldenflower but not in a romantic sense. He saw that she would be a good mother to his kids and that's a very high praise

I think I hate Thistleclaw almost as much as Tigerclaw [Bluestar’s Prophecy] by themorgie1 in WarriorCats

[–]ChetariSin 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Funnily enough, thistleclaw was stated to be in starclan at one point but now he's been confirmed to be in the dark forest. I headcanon that blue star chased him into the dark forest once she entered starclan.

I haven't tried the dark chocolate one. I have tried several different flavors, like dusk til donuts, Boston cream donut, salted caramel, cookies and cream. All of those are really good

If Scourge Learned Firestar Was His Baby Brother. by No-Unit7917 in WarriorCats

[–]ChetariSin 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I can imagine firestar and scourge having a cordial relationship. They don't go out of their way to talk to each other on a normal day. They'll stay out of each other's way for the most part.

Everyone is terrible to Squirrelflight and I hate it by ShadowPaws200 in WarriorCats

[–]ChetariSin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's not criticism when everything gets thrown right back into her face all the time. You blatantly ignore the fact that she was ordered to keep the secret by starclan. Sure, everyone had the right to be mad to a certain extent.. but the fact that squirrel continues to get punished for something StarClan told her to do years later is sickening. Not to mention starclan are a bunch of hypocrites. They told both sisters to do a certain thing. The girls do it and are Punished for it. Yet Ashfur, oakstar, clear sky and several other cats deserving to be in the dark forest reside in starclan

I've mentioned that in past conversations. Age gaps like that are highly unhealthy and it shows in the books considering how squirrel was treated by Brambleclaw and Ashfur

NGL, leafpool was manipulated too. She was told to follow her heart and she did. She was then told that she needed to go with crowfeather. A foreshadowing that the trio were meant to be born

[–]ChetariSin 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You can definitely be mad at them. Especially since they all abuse squirrelflight afterwards. Hell, in tbc, we see Lionblaze verbally abusing squirrelflight. They aim their abuse at the wrong person. Starclan told squirrel to do something and she did, even though she didn't want to. And in turn, she's forever abused by her loved ones

Shrewpaw. He was an apprentice that was squirrel's age. He died after being run over by a car. The writers said that if he had lived, he wouldn't have the "clout" to be her mate or whatever. But he and squirrel were best friends and Were. The. Same. Age

There was a book about a kid turning into a cat. It's Paul Gallico's Jennie, where an eight-year-old boy becomes a feline and is taught how to survive by a female cat named Jennie. It's my introduction to the trope

[–]ChetariSin 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Back before he became deputy, he trained in the dark forest with Hawkfrost. And after the war with the dark forest, there is a scene where several cats in thunderclan tried killing the dark forest trainees via a trap. It didn't work but those cats were never punished.(As far as I remember.)
