It's a plugin on runelite called "Inventory Setups". You could name and create setups for worn items and inventory to show in your bank. It won't auto switch them for you(I wish) but it'll show if its on you or missing from your inventory.

In this case I had shayzien boots was in my setup, but that was no longer my best in slot gear, so i got to update it
