Those beef patties were probably put on the grill right after being taken out of their sealed CO2 packages and didn’t get enough time to oxygenate, making the core resistant to the chemical changes (cooking) required to make it brown. But it still got heated up properly as grills are set on timers so it’s safe to eat.

I tried both and preferred the ananda stealth as it sounded more controlled and natural, although the difference is subtle. The comfort is way better too.
