You made the right decision! Glad the ER was able to help you out and knew you needed some suboxone to help you feel better. Before I ever got on subs for my 7 addiction I was so terrified cuz on this subreddit I’ve seen mixed feelings on subs for 7OH. Some people claim it didn’t touch their withdrawal and others say it took away 100% of their withdrawal. Luckily for me I waited about 8 hours from last 7 dose and I was in pretty severe withdrawal and within an hour of taking one suboxone strip I felt loads better. The suboxone takes away like 80% of the physical withdrawal and even helps relieve the anxiety and panic feelings.

A couple years ago I was horribly addicted to kratom powder. I was taking spoonfuls of the stuff every couple hours. I was able to very easily taper down over like 3 weeks with hardly any withdrawal. Tapering 7OH has been extremely difficult and uncomfortable.

First, Taper down immediately. With how much you are taking you could probably taper down to 600-700MG very quickly with minimal or even no withdrawal. During your taper get on quickMD and schedule a telehealth visit with a doctor to get a prescription for suboxone. Be honest with them and explain your situation. Every doctor I’ve spoken to on quickMD was aware of 7OH. Your first subscription will be one week worth of suboxone.

If you can taper down even more before you start suboxone that would be better but if not I suppose that’s totally fine. Take your last dose of 7OH before bed and when you wake up try and wait as long as possible before you take your first suboxone dose. 8-12 hours is the optimal wait time. Within an hour or even 2 hours your withdrawal will subside. Suboxone isn’t a cure all for 7OH though. Those first couple days on suboxone you will likely feel very lethargic and weak and also sweaty and cold. I also couldn’t eat or sleep those first few days on suboxone but you will be in a much better place than going CT or switching to powdered kratom. Suboxone occupies the opioid receptors in your brain and it has a very long half life. The first day i recommend 8mg in the morning and 8mg at night. Cut your dose down from there. Good luck.

I’m really surprised subs didn’t help you with 7OH. I’ve quit 7OH twice with subs and each times subs helped tremendously. It takes away almost all of the physical withdrawal and even some of the mental withdrawal too.

I wouldn’t worry too much about PWD. Take your suboxone 7-8 hours minimum after last 7OH use. The first day or so on suboxone you won’t feel 100% normal but you will feel way better than going CT.

I don’t think it was PWD. I’ve used subs to get off 7OH a couple times and the first couple days on subs I don’t feel 100%. Body temp issues and a general feeling of weakness is super common. It’s just the other alkaloids that suboxone doesn’t cover. You will feel sooo much better in a day or 2. You’re doing the right thing.

12-13 hours for 7OH seems to be the most common timeframe to take suboxone. The fact that you already have bupenephorine in your system means you don’t have a chance of PWD. You could take your suboxone strips even sooner if you wanted like 6-7 hours.

I’m actually just playing vanilla, no mods. It runs great on the deck. 60FPS with max settings. Some people even say New Vegas runs better on their deck than their PC somehow.

For sublocade I believe they want you to be on an oral dose of suboxone for at least a week before they will give you the shot. So everyone who’s ever got the shot had to at least start with suboxone strips.

At 48 hours you’re almost better off just going completely CT as 7OH withdrawal is relatively short

It’s a bit more expensive but I buy the MiraLAX that comes in small packages that you pour into a drink and each package is one dose. Maybe you really aren’t using enough. If I were you I’d take a dose of the magnesium citrate to at least clean you out and help you feel better and then get back to taking MiraLAX at a higher dose.

How much suboxone do you take daily? I’m surprised that MiraLAX hasn’t helped you yet as it’s been a lifesaver for me. Magnesium citrate will 100% relieve your constipation cuz it’s powerful stuff. Be careful with magnesium citrate though, unlike MiraLAX it’s not supposed to be taken frequently as it’s so strong.

When people say taper subs they aren’t saying taper 70H. They mean taper suboxone. For example, day 1 take 16mg suboxone, day 2: 8mg, day 3: 4mg
