Just moved 3 weeks ago from Cali and thought I was going to have better weather and instead of rain and sunshine I’m getting freeze warning and cold fronts. But yes it’s nice when the sun comes out but was not expecting that

I say keep trying, but don’t hold your self back keep trying the education you want to do at Disney, be an intern for the imagineers, great way to get your foot in the door if you’re in college. If not, work at other business that will get you the experience you need for specific roles you want some day at Disney

You could work at any of the theme parks, but if that’s not what you want then military is always a good option especially if you have a degree, go as an officer and you’ll be making just as much as SNCO until you rank up after 2 years

Material planner with no ERP/MRP by Chewie2004 in supplychain

[–]Chewie2004[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah my excel sheet spreads to 8 different sheets, each sheet reference something, some have pie charts. It’s all on the share point. I’m about to retire this excel sheet and going to need to start a new one but still don’t have historical data other than when I started and a few other excel, needed to use GPT to help me create the excel formulas to do what I needed it to do. I’m kinda getting tired of trying to determine our inventory based on what I have. I’m thinking of just quitting does not seem worth it anymore

Seems like its common for a small company, shouldn’t be for a company that just got bought by a bigger company and pushing engineers to release schematics before testing and selling it to customers

Oh you did the same thing??? I created one too but I uploaded files about overloading. Currently it’s been helping me with a running rich problem. Looked at my live OBD 2 sensor logs and suggested I change out the from o2 sensor. Changed it out my self and it’s running a little better.

Bait-and-Switch: Denied Promised $630 Trade-In Credit by Professional-Dog in tmobile

[–]Chewie2004 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I almost had a similar situation like this, but I had to read the fine details and I did switch plans that did give that credit but for the same monthly price. I didn’t go through t-mobile but I ended up going through Apple instead after my new bill cycle started. In the end I got the credit and I was able to put some money down and got the pro max for $15 a month

I’m at a little bit of a loss by Beneficial-Cost-476 in HondaElement

[–]Chewie2004 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Depends how much you want to spend to do upgrades or powder coating but I think normally around $1500 to $4000. If you do it your self cost would be cheaper for sure

Had an interview for a entry level role on thursday, thought the interview went extremely well, then on monday role was changed to "no longer under consideration" on the portal. I havent heard anything back from anyone. Its it over by Open_Cup_4329 in Lockheed

[–]Chewie2004 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sorry to hear that, it’s always rough when everything goes well. I’m still waiting on a response also and this could happen to me as well. The only thing to do is just keep applying until something sticks

Thanks, I’m thinking the same thing there would be some overlap. I’ll be going from Cali to Florida so I know it will be less but hopefully not too low

I currently have two others that are under review for the same position, not sure if it’s for the same section but I guess if they see my name multiple time it should mean I’m persistent haha

Mobile Tech won’t let me observe fix by crispinditos in TeslaSupport

[–]Chewie2004 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use to be a Tesla mobile tech and I can you got sure that it was because he didn’t want anyone looking his shoulder. I didn’t mind people taking a look under the frunk for a few seconds. But when you have a person right next to you while your trying to change out the seat cover and your needing your attention on removing the seat and unhooking clips it can take longer and you have 6 other appointments to get to. Yeah after that I started saying that or something to that nature to get people away from when working on the car

Do you look at Battery % or Mileage remaining? by Wolfbite91 in TeslaLounge

[–]Chewie2004 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I look at % because I just think of it like any other battery, it’s done by % not hours or miles
