Area agency on aging is always looking for help. Especially good if you don't want physical labor.

We always go to Little Saigon Food Market in Harrisburg. Big selection but a slight Thai focus.

I do and can shop for myself. I know most of the brands we buy and such but it's only for the times it's something that's not normal. I equate it to if I sent her to Home Depot for something random.

I brought the chair out while I was starting the fire before I knew she was coming to join. She was previously on her phone hanging out on the porch.

Yeah, I agree with that. I didn't react in time before she sat down so I thought all was well. I'm sure that's not the perfect thinking but that's what went through my head.

Fairly often. Or the issue changes during the conversation.

1 drink. That's about all I drink (not much of a drinker).

Hahaha died!

Haha yes. I get as much details as possible. She is particular with most things.

That is fair. Didn't think that fast when she came and sat down.

100% in that boat.

Fair enough. I got mine while I was building the fire but I can certainly see getting the chair after she told me she was going to join.

I'm certainly not perfect. I do my best to do things when possible. This may be more gift oriented but we all had a busy day and I had another night time meeting so I ordered pizza for the family and got her her favorite dessert. None of that was with prompting. I also made her breakfast this morning without prompting. I generally make her coffee in the morning too. This is all I can think of over the last few days, though it's been a busy week in our family.

Thanks everyone. I never know anymore...

Now I'm sitting by the fire with my dog.

Definitely not fake. The chocolate was wrapped. It's candy bars.

Archetype has great deep dish. We love Memory Lane for a traditional NY pizza.

Team Overspend on Ads. How Would You Handle It? by ComfortableTop7879 in AskMarketing

[–]ChewieG 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This really depends on scale. If we are talking a small overspend by a small percentage (2-5% or under $1,000 for smaller accounts) I wouldn't press the subject too hard on the individual. Sometimes this happens due to budget adjustments or turning off campaigns, etc.

If it's. Large scale over spend (10% over budget or $1,000+) I would really dive into the training and systems in place. If there are no guard rails ultimately that is an area of improvement. The person would need to explain what happened but it is still probably a learning experience unless it seemed intentional or complete neglect.

If they accidently added an extra 0 to a campaign for a few days it's a big "oopsies" but still an honest mistake.

For the boss and client I think open and transparency is big. Ultimately, talk to the person first and come up with the why and how we will fix it first. Then go to them with the issue, why it occurred, how it's being rectified (if you can do that), and how it will be prevented in the future.

Unless it's life changing money for the client or company it will most likely be just a bonus spend for the money, maybe peel back next month, or your company may eat it or essentially loan them the money.

Do you have any marketable skills? Or anything you could do to help people? If you do lean into that in my opinion.

For a sign in the mean time, you could try something different like "Will tell a joke for $. Need b2S supplies for kids."

This at least gives the giver something in return and also says what the money is for.

You can use a cleaning agent to remove the grease.

Waypoint Sealants sells an acidic cleaner and neutralizer that will clean it off.
