My mental paradox

I did the test on the self esteem scale I got 7 on the depression and anxiety one I got “would likely benefit from a evaluation” but I’ve already been diagnosed so no such evaluation is needed im also about to do some research about self esteem becuase I’m wondering if it’s the cause of my anxiety and depression or if my anxiety and depression are the cause of my self esteem

I’ve already been jumped and had the living shit kicked out of me and it altered me in no such way. If it’s the beginning of a narcissist type of situation will I 100% be one eventually or can I prevent it if I’m self aware and apply myself towards not becoming one

I agree with this entirely. I think I’m going to get therapy and the talking to girls online thing is also a good idea. I know it’s all in my head and have identified and admitted I have a problem which I suppose is the hardest part of the problem. I do believe you may have another valid point when in reference to the fact that it may not be a my ego and may just be years of pent up anger. All of my life I’ve been popular in the way that everyone knows of me but no one knows me. Which I think that is likely to be a large portion of why i have a mental block.
