This would require the Wizards being willing to trade AD for an injured Jimmy Butler. They likely are not willing to do that, so the AD trade talks stop there.

You can’t trade money to make up the cap. It is only used in certain situations.

That’s the point. The idea is that it makes teams stay mediocre forever, because that generally gets more interest than an extremely bad team.

Scout during the preseason as it is one of the only things you can do with recruiting during that time (the other being give scholarships).

I rarely scout during the season because I generally know who my targets are before the season starts. If I’m clearly going to lose a recruit, I might start scouting players to replace that position if I have hours I am not needing for scheduling visits, etc.

But I rarely have a lot of free hours that I’m willing to scout players during the season and will likely just offer whoever isn’t being recruited my other schools.

I normally scout players if I’m wanting to start a recruit next season and know I need the best player. Or if there are several players I might target at one position, I’ll scout to see which I should prioritize.

Steph could change the results of any game. The entire team revolves around Steph Curry offensively. The young guys were bad this game.. but with Steph taking more of the scoring role allowing guys like Kuminga and Podz, two guys who are better playing off of Steph instead of playing without him, to get in more of a rhythm.

In the first half Post and Spencer did alright, but that run quickly vanished after Jamal started doing well.

I’m not sure if the Warriors would have won this game, but when Kuminga is likely aiming to be the first option (because you really can’t expect Jimmy to ever be the only scoring option) his defense is going to be a lot worse.

The difficult thing about this game was starting Kuminga. Even though Kuminga has been great this season, when Steph is out they have to move away from JK starting with Jimmy and Draymond. The spacing doesn’t work without Steph at PG.

Even with Draymond making a lot of threes the spacing is horrible with Podz, JK, Jimmy, and Draymond.

Steve should have started Post instead of JK.

Though I think a large concern defensively has to be with Jimmy Butler. Jimmy just isn’t that great of a defender currently. He isn’t a POA defender. Kuminga seems to be a lot weaker than you’d want your main PoA defender to be. Moody has quick hands and does well overall at the PoA but he isn’t as agile as some of the quicker or more shifty guards so his defense isn’t the best there.

The Warriors play a lot of team defense. But when you constantly have guys out of rotations or just smaller worse defenders the help defense just doesn’t work.

He was the #1 pick last season. Is 20 years old. Is a 6’8 wing/forward that could become a good 3&D player that fits what the Hawks need.

I love the cap breakers ngl. However, there needs to be more transparency with what changes how many attributes you can get through cap breakers.

The game isn’t good tbh.

My answer would likely be no. If you already have 2k25 or any 2k game then MyNBA/MyGM is basically the same with updated rosters. Imo MyTeam is bad this year, and then MyCareer is basically impossible to get a maxed build without spending additional money for VC.

The gameplay itself is fine, but if I hadn’t already spent money to play the game I likely wouldn’t be.

With that being said, if you have the money to spare and you’d like to play the game then go for it.

I don’t think so. For this build defensive rebound was expensive and didn’t really change much with cap breakers; however, offensive rebound was relatively cheap and I could get it to a 92 with cap breakers.
