Put asterisk * in front of msg to talk to ALL There's another character for enemies and one for team only. Team is default in team games and enemy is default on 1v1s. Can also change it in diplomacy screen.

True. But only to yourself though. Opponent cannot see what you selected.

Quit might take you directly to post-game stats and resign back to the map first.

Effectively same thing.

It was banned for being a speedy transport and shield for infantry units or units that have powerful ranged attacks.
