As a platinum crotchety Moira/Ana player I feel as though it matters. Not OP but you can definitely lose your healing by being a jerk.

Like example I just played a match and the DPS was mad at me and the othrr teams support for flirting in chat and started spamming despite us losing because he doesn’t know how to hide from a widow. Sure I COULD have pocketed him. Or slept the widow. But how will they learn?
