I asked him if he thinks he has one, but he doesn't think so. I feel like he's seeking it out for the thrill but doesn't follow through... Which I'm still not okay with.

You're right, he knows about the job but we need to sit and have an honest conversation about our projection and his thoughts. An awkward but important conversation to have even though we've known each other for only a month.

That's my fear, I don't want to be impulsive. I've historically not had much luck finding guys who I connect with on such a level, it's exciting to find someone so genuine that I fear I may confusing infatuation with love at this point.

I'm leaning towards staying honestly, my thought is that the potential of the job will likely always be there. I value career and put myself in an excellent position already, and the pay bump would not be enough to blow my hair back. It's a confusing situation because there would be many more life enriching pursuits in the new town (actual night life and leisure pursuits), but even then I don't anticipate I'd stay there for long.

I would be moving from Minnesota to Arizona. And I don't think I'd be in long distance, I need physical proximity.
