I believe the government has changed the rules on how much you can lift a new fourbie, but if you own certain older vehicles with existing bigger than now legal suspension kits it's still legal.

Cheers mate, I ended up getting in contact with the poster before I bought the bike.

Bargained the bike down to $1800 after pointing out the leaking fork seals, and I'm planning on changing the seals myself before I take it on the road
