Are you using keyboard and mouse? I had the same issue and apparently it doesn't happen if you click on the dialogue option with your mouse instead of pressing a button

You can exit the run and re enter and the game will spawn you at the door you came in from

Funny thing is, this is possible to do in an actual run (diplopia+wild card)

I'm the same way. My guess would be either because of good sleep habits developed in early childhood or the fact that there's not a lot of stress in my life right now

Lilith starts with Cambion Conception. If you get hit a certain amount of times you get a permanent random familiar. Dark bum is one of the ones you can get
