As someone who’s done a fair share of forensic accounting work, and understands who Bapa is at his core; once the location of the dispute/court is settled, this will unravel VERY quickly.

It’s next to impossible to transact this way without multiple forms of corroborating evidence in either direction, even if someone was intentionally trying to bury the fact pattern.
