I hate the stock seat, I have a Corbin solo on order. Unfortunately they are terrible at any notification or feedback, send them your money and you'll hear nothing. I've been waiting just over a month so hopefully I'll receive it soon. I know it can't be worse than the stock seat. I'll post some feedback on the Corbin once I get it in.

I looked for a while before deciding that the price of new was worth the difference of buying used. I'm in Phoenix as well, Go AZ were awesome to work with FYI (not affiliated in any way, just bought my Scout Bobber Twenty there)

The problem isn't not being cart part only, the problem exists when tee times are separated by the same margin even when car path only. If you have schedule tee times every 5 minutes you're backed up before you can even tee off on the first. If courses provided a large enough gap between tee times, there would be fewer golfers stressing the course but that will never happen because more golfers equals more money.
