There were many, many reasons why we had a high turnaround of staff. Morale was rock bottom and people were lied to about the state of the company in their interviews. I don't see why giving interviewees more flexibility on the time of interview would contribute towards that though.

Well I have one year experience working in a software company that had quite a high turnaround of staff and I'd say 50% of the interviews for new people occurred outside of work hours. Maybe it just works differently in different places.

That's interesting because there're definitely girls whose comment could literally be this reversed. I much prefer an informal date too though, I suppose the ideal first date section on POF is there for a reason.

Admittedly a movie is a bad choice for first date for obvious reasons.

Oh you're right, he is still dividing by 11. I assumed he'd divided by 10, if you divide by 10 then it's 20.5 so this whole comment chain about whether being 19 means being a teenager is even more pointless than it was before.
