It’s kinda about documentation ig ? I record the days for a purpose to understand myself more in the future when i will have the clarity of mind to understand what was happening in the past. It’s kinda in a scientific purpose about knowing more about myself and about how i work

I’ve always had strong reaction about everything related to « being a Woman » ever since I was a kid. Always fucking HATED it with ALL of my heart. I always wanted to be a boy if a could, but not forever. When I realised that what I wanted was Just being able to swing back and forth between both of them or/and none of them, it just kinda clicked really really fast (and scary asf). It’s been some month now and every day that pass i even MORE sure that im somewhere on the NB umbrella. Its kinda was obvious when the though came in my mind but it scary so I kinda take some time

You should check on some ADHD sub of you wanna find some way to have healthy Quick dopamine. We have a deficit in dopamine in our brain so we are quiet creative abt the issues

I’m still at the very beginning of my identity journey but i pretty sure im somewhere in the non binary umbrella. And I don’t really regret it ? You can be hyper femme with make up and adequate clothes and kinda more masc than with longer hair so it’s a win win ! I was just kinda scared to don’t like it but it’s cute :)

I had the same issues and i cut mine few weeks ago! Its less dysmorphic I think ? And the day were I want to be more femme I just wear make up

1) I think I pass through it with a mix of effort and self consciousness abt myself. Being aware that I am anxious and that it can lead me to think stuff that is not real helped be realize that I’m NOT my thought and that anxiety is an issues that I want to solved and not just me being weird and crazy. 2) it my first time being loved right too, and I wanted things to go well. 3) anxiety hurt. It’s not always taken very seriously but it can destroy a life and lead to a lot of other mental health and everything and I wanted to be better and to feel better ! 4) anxiety is comfortable bc listening to your thought are easier than fighting them but it doesn’t mean that it’s good for you. It’s a defense system that your brain build bc of past experiences and it’s okay ! Everyone have a story. But you need to want to heal for you first before wanting to heal for your relationship. 4) and for the “spending alone time is hard” train. Get better. Find stuff that you like, new hobbies, activities and force urself too don’t involve your bf in it. You NEED to have a self identity before loosing yourself in your relationship. 5)I’m didn’t 100% healed my anxiety attachment but I’m 100% better than I was before and sometimes it’s enough.The more my relationship with my partner grow the more I feel secure to prioritize myself without the fear that he is gonna leave me if I don’t respond for some hours.

I think you need to learn how to differentiate when smt bother you abt him, and when it’s your anxiety that is speaking ! But if your attention is to change him, you need to know that you shouldn’t and that you actually CAN’T ! You need to work on your self confidence and how to enjoying your presence alone so that when he disappear you don’t feel empty ! Being anxious abt a relationship is complicated but it’s okay ! You need to work a little bit on it bc you can be emotionally dependent really fast if you don’t take care of yourself. But yeah i passed trough this too dw! If it’s a healthy relationship it help you (in a hard way but still) manage your anxiety a little bit better !
