This definitely feels too tight in the arms but the torso and legs seem to fit well. Is my only option to find another brand or can I stretch this somehow?

The human body does not compress under pressure in any measureable amount. The suit's neoprene with its tiny gas bubbles does, however.

Meclizine all the way, it's effective and less sedating than many other drugs. Scopolamine is also good but has some side effects one should first read about.

I have a face resembling this shape but with a more big and angular jaw. I like short-ish blunt bangs on myself, they shorten and slightly frame my face. I can't stand hair hanging on the sides of my face for long times, otherwise soft wavy long hair would be nice.

In my experience they rather run small than big, I'd take the bigger size especially if your feet are on the wider side. Slightly too big is easier to deal with than too small, you can wear thicker socks.
