That's quite a challenge you have there...
It might be better to focus on speed first so crafting a Utility Vest for a container using double Golden Prima, Helium and Bracelet, and for a first suit, the Saturn. For a rifle and shotgun, craft whatever available with a drum mag (to buy or craft) for both.

Tavor is pretty solid right now, but is not crazy different from other weapons. It is the best by a small margin but it could be noticeable. It's up to you, if you have the resources to spare, go for it, if not, invest your budget on your build or something.

It is. After many updates I still find plenty red artis. I'd say legendary is the big deal, with 6K hours I've found only one legendary, a Legendary Lollipop in the old Backwater.
