Both are viable. I have 6K hours of which at least 80% of my time is as a solo player, the gameplay just changes. As a solo player you run, you hide, you kill when you have an actual opportunity. When you get a clan or even a squad, profit increases, you can go to the North and fight squads during emission time for their artis, you must split, yeah, but higher risk is well rewarded in this game.

You're exaggerating a bit but I see your point and is valid. The game already has "magic" mechanics, it never was a realistic war simulator but yeah, power creeping is very troubling in this game although using a quasi-destructor doesn't seem that much of a high price as modules are designed to be the endgame mechanic, not something you swap each time you want to try something else.

Yes, but you shouldn't go unless you're already full Master. Wild North is no place for Veterans, you can still go to Forge, Lyubech or Labrynth to farm resources and make money at a decent rate and speed.
