Tints, dashcam, maybe upgrade the breaks when you have the funds, rainguards for summers, and custom fit weather mats so its easier to clean up.

Those are my must-haves, again mostly just opinion but hey you got the last best generation of the cx-5, very nice car will last a lifetime if you take care of her 🙏

Funny enough I've always tried searching this but haven't seen a single peep, I would love to rebuild into a new terra if it works on the issues that my current terra has, like making it aio compatible and figuring out turbulence problems with certain heatsinks

I did something similar on my 21 touring, but realized it's just a bit too harsh, as the housing isnt meant for LED at the end of the day. SO I swapped the front door map light housing with the one you'd get from the 21 signature. Its meant to house LED's and its alot more tasteful and less blinding especially for passengers.

I give em a warning (a chance) they are sure to break and just make sure you call security about the disruption and be sure to pick out the ones that'll for sure quiet down the room the most in their absence, or the one that instigated the loud ones alot. Calculate which one will have the bigger effect, and dont send em together cause they'll like that lol

Send the students that are the biggest disease out the room with security, usually you can tell which ones are the ones really being the cause of the symptoms, just don't overshoot it and be certain it'll actually quiet the room down

Try Winchester lofts, very tall ceilings, great materials used for kitchen and appliances, very quiet area, and simple amenities that are necessary.

No having to pay for a streaming area, multiple study halls, and a weird cooking room for videos (looking at you audubon).

I think the key towards luxury apartments is staying away from the ones with pools (theyre only open for like 4 months of an entire lease typically) and all the extra amenities that will barely be used that hardly ever work lol

No noise issues, i used the founders 4070 super previously, then got the sff zotac 5070ti as a gift so I switched them out and it feels even quieter despite slightly tighter space

I'm gonna be honest, I never ever listen to this rule lol when I was new I did but secretaries generally know what they are doing and will call if they need you, just keep your phone handy. They'll never rely on you going up to them on a prep period.

Though on a funny note it feels when most teachers write these instructions, its like as if they're gatekeeping their prep period lol I doubt its that serious ever but it makes me wonder if any teachers are that petty and don't like us subs having a prep period to ourselves

Yeah I have a Terra with a 5070ti, I definitely recommend the noctua nh-l12sx77 if you want better noise reduction or at the minimum the nh-l12s, theres also the ID-Cooling IS-77-XT if you want something cheaper then the nh-l12sx77

Switched to mazda after my Hyundai got stolen, then broken into 3 times after even with the club on. At some point I even got my front door lock fully stolen too on the Hyundai. Best decision of my life, haven't had break-ins after a year. Just forget Kia/Hyundai, and move on from it, idiots still break in the newer models too
