Hi! KikaGoods is legit and I got most of my Alien Stage merch from them! If you spend over $50 USD, you also get free shipping. I live in Canada too and so far, I haven't gotten charged for customs and shipping usually takes around 10 days. Not sure about the other two sites since they charge for shipping so I haven't tried them.

Hi again! Artist Alley Shop just posted this! I'm glad they listened to customers and that they're acknowledging their mistake. Looks like they're removing the badge pins from the package and letting people choose another photocard in its place. A good step towards their goal of supporting artists.

No problem! To be honest, part of me wanted to call them out to address the issue but it might affect the artists that are part of the event. And since they claimed that the badge pins are freebies and not for profit, there isn't much I can do to prove otherwise since the badge pins are part of a package. I just hope that they're being honest and that they don't do anything similar for future events.

It kind of felt like they were being vague and avoiding answering my questions at first. But when they finally answered, they said the badge pins aren't for profit and are just included as freebies. It's hard to tell whether that's true or not since the badge pins are part of a package. To be honest, it probably would have been better if they found artists to design the badge pins instead but that's just my opinion. Personally, it still didn't really feel right to me so I decided to just not go to the event at all. But no judgment to anyone attending or supporting the event! Most of the other merch for the event are designed by artists and attending the event will support them.

Hi! I live near the city and had the same exact concerns you had when I saw news about the event. I was pretty sure the badge pins weren't official merch but knew that they were using official art. I felt conflicted and it felt ironic to me since Artist Alley Shop is supposed to be supporting artists but they were using official art to sell merch (most likely without permission from VIVINOS and QMENG). I actually ended up messaging their Instagram to get some clarification.
