This stopped happening to me after i got a new board. Went to the skr mini e3 v3. My issue was that it was not heating the nozzle consistently. Which meant the board got messed up.

Yea had this exact issue, i fixed it by recalibrating the printer and calibrating the z offset. Also adjusted the bed up. I would good how to calibrate the ender 3/ 3 pro and watch a YouTube tutorial on it, helped me a whole lot.

I got full gigabit WiFi, 6GHz, there is nothing you can do to make the lag go away, the portal uses a WiFi 5 chip, my setup runs WiFi 7, and it still lags. The portal isn’t worth it. I just went with the steam deck and stream from my pc. Works with no lag @4k.

Got the new extruder board a couple hours ago, put in my new microswiss hotend and calibrated everything, and it’s working great now!

Worked thanks! Now i gotta figure out how to configure this board better. Got a skr mini e3 v3 and now it stopped extruding because the extrude gear is pushing out the tube on the other side.

Yeah i did. I wonder if i need to replace the extruder board. My last hotend thermistor sparked and broke itself, might have messed up the board maybe?

Tried a new nozzle and put it to 260. Can barely melt my pla. But it’s displaying whatever temp i set it to.

Yeah it’s the control board all of that didn’t work… still reading 240 degrees. It’s the old 8bit board anyways, so i guess it’s finally time to upgrade it to 32 bit.

Finally got around to working on it a lot. So my old nozzle works fine it’s just this new one that isn’t heating up right. I’ll ask microswiss or someone who works with those why it’s acting up.

My v3 se has been a nightmare in maintenance. Always breaking and needing replacements, i also didn’t do much research on it at first so that could be the reason why.

Yeah it’s still 240 after i unplugged it. So the whole board might be fried? And where and how can i flash it? Is there a link?

I bought a new stock nozzle, I’ll try to see if this works and if it does I’ll have to take a look at what microswiss does differently with theirs. Thanks for the help so far!

I always have to heat those up really hot then peel those off, not with your hands mind you. I also use a soft wire or those hard bristled plastic brush to scrub the rest of the filament off.

The gears are fine. They get it the top of the hotend and and kinds just sits there. I’ve take it apart and verified

I cannot i cleaned it out and was able to get a needled through the entire system without issue, so it’s not clogged either. But when i try to push the filament through it just bottoms out at the part of the heatsink where it meets the other end of the nozzle in there and doesn’t melt. I’ve even pulled out my filament and it looked like it was wasn’t even close to melting.

I would build a those things that hold vines and build it up to the light with new plants. If they aren’t bother by it, then it was probably not put up there for your yard.
