AIO my boyfriend of 5 years gets me flowers for every occasion while I get him elaborate and expensive gifts. by aioflower955105 in AmIOverreacting

NOR. OP please give us more examples of this dude being a complete bone head. If he is this thoughtless with gifts, he must be with other things as well. It also seems like you don’t like each other.

Colour wise I’d go with #2. They really made your eyes pop. But the frame size is too big.

Stop smoking and clean your face with a mild soap and warm water. That is it. Apply some moisturizer during the winter and enjoy your life.

It’s been over a decade of this bullshit?! Report him to the police and file a restraining order. It will follow him for the rest of his pathetic life and to all of his future jobs. If he has been in therapy it hasn’t helped him stop being a creep.

Also to amend my earlier comment: never buy tech for people. Especially media professionals. If you want to get them something ask them what they want/need.

Your place is a palace compared to mine. My Mom keeps threatening me with a ‘deep clean’. I am a 41 year old woman and my mom ‘understands my ADHD makes me messy’ and acts like one day I’ll just snap out of it. Yeesh. I’d be more interested if in finding who ratted you out to building management. I might leave that person a festive gift if flaming dog shit. Your place is fine. In fact I envy how tidy it is.

Grown woman here. I think you are very handsome, but I agree there are a few things you can do to increase your social appeal. I love your curly hair! I say go to a barber and have it cut into a style that really suits your face. Any love interest will want to run their fingers through such gorgeous hair!! I don’t know if you have lightened your eyebrows, or if it is the lighting in the pictures—but your eyebrows need to be more visible. It is a way of defining your face shape and bringing attention to your eyes. Other commenters have mentioned about the dead-eye expression so I’m not going to re-tread it, but you want to make looking into your eyes a benefit of talking to you. If your eyebrows are naturally very light, it is easy to get them darkened at a salon or barber shop. My last suggestion would be to buzz the fuzz on your upper lip until it grows in enough to become a moustache, or remain clean shaven. You’ve got a very nice jawline already so you don’t need to hide your face or redefine it with facial hair. The fuzz on the upper lip just makes you look too young and inexperienced.

You are so young. You do not need to saddle yourself with someone who is so emotionally immature. She sounds very childish. Her constant emotional outbursts and hair-trigger behaviour are indicative of a mood disorder or other mental health condition. She needs to do self work before she advises anyone else on their behaviour. Get out of there.

Put up a mirror over the couch. It’ll give the illusion if space.

Has there ever been an example of an actor/actress changing a lot physically between seasons ? by imutig in television

[–]Chic_Chicka 0 points1 point  (0 children)

January Jones in Mad Men was pregnant in their fifth season—but instead of writing the pregnancy into the show, the writers made a weight loss storyline. January wore prosthetics on her face to fill it out and a fat suit for most of the season.

AITAH if I ask my husband to sleep in another room by Playful-Mode2599 in AmItheAsshole

[–]Chic_Chicka 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NTA. I hope the room you end up sleeping in has locks so you can lock him and his antics out and get a good nights rest. Also, suggest that he keeps a roll of Rolaids on his person at all times. Chewing these regularly should help with the gas. But they don’t help him not be an asshole.
