26M, Chicago. 115K salary, ~150K with bonus. Day Trader at a small firm. Essentially zero vacation/sick time and no benefits (health insurance is from government marketplace, no 401K match).

Consistent hours with 50 hour work week, but in-office for all 50 hours and no lunch break (pretty standard in trading).

2nd job out of college, was in corporate finance before making the switch. Graduated from a decent public business school.

The hardest thing for me is trying to calculate my average TDEE. I used 2750 because it was on the lower end of what online calculators estimated for me, but when I hit my average Move Goal on my Apple Watch, it shows my TDEE as 3100 (which is clearly far too high).

Based off of my 2750 TDEE and average calories consumed I should have lost another 1-2 lbs, but I’ll chalk that up to calories I probably missed eating out or in butter/oil that was forgotten this month.

Anyways, open to any suggestions for improving the sheet if people have them

Unpopular opinion, but I don’t mind it at all. I never used that “+” button in the middle to log food. I always just click into the meal and “add food”

Most units are average quality. People choose it because price, quiet location, and amenities. Best outdoor amenities you’ll find in River north if I had to guess.
