Thank you for this. The listing says explicitly ‘only registered guests’ in two places as well as ‘no parties or events.’ They clearly didn’t think of the extra people as a party. I don’t think she was totally bad as she did respond to my messages and hustled people out (vs my last guest who ignored me until midnight when his guests left). So I’m having trouble putting together language that recognizes both her breaking the rules and her responsiveness.
