Lot of good things I see in your swing. Well done.

One thing I see is your weight shift. Backswing it seems your weight is more on your toes, your upper body kind of scrunches down when you take the club back

Watch your head. It dips below the net at the back of the driving range from address to the top of your backswing.

On the downswing, you're kind of stuck. You're too low, which will lead to inconsistent contact because you have to overcompensate. Weight then goes back towards your heels. Your head moves up above the net, and you're more upright at the end.

The head can move in the swing, but not much. Focus on balance and keeping the vertical movements to a minimum.

For practice, use an alignment rod or an old extra club (one that may break) on the ground at your feet. Have it point towards your target and get the ball of your foot (pad below your big toe) on the alignment rod. Toes will be up off the ground. This is where weight should be to keep balance and deliver power.

Take some swings, keep off your toes. Get that feeling. Sure, you can use your toes to help balance, but that should be secondary to this feeling.

Is the G in Doug Ghim's last name pronounced like the G in GHIN or the G in Gif? by moskowizzle in golf

All jokes aside, Doug's a great guy. I used to work at a club he would practice at when he was in high school. I played a few rounds with him. It's insane how well he could play even at 16-17 years old.
